The Delicious Red Pig Bar B Q tradition started in 1958, Charlie Wilson opened the Red Pig Bar B Q for the very first time in a small building on the corner of Unaka and Oakland Avenue. The Red Pig has continued their tradition of smoking the bbq fresh everyday for years!
